Dave Schroeder
Head Coach

Head Coach Dave Schroeder enters his fourteenth season at the helm of the Huntington University volleyball program.  During his tenure, Schroeder has compiled a 224-240 record.  Schroeder returns a solid core of players from last year’s squad and with the addition of several solid newcomers, the Foresters are hoping for an exciting season.

Prior to taking the reins of the Forester program, Schroeder played three years of USAV volleyball.  He launched the Huntington Volleyball Club in 1985 and ran the organization for 10 years.  The Club still serves as the focal point to Huntington area volleyball.

Aside from coaching the Foresters, Schroeder owns his own business, Schroeder’s Sales and Services, Inc.  He and his wife Jody, have three children, their son Josh and his wife Sarina and a three-year old granddaughter, Samantha and an eight month-old grandson, Jackson; another son Chris and his wife Danielle and their daughter Alyssa, who is a senior on the 2009-10 squad.
