1.22.05 - The Indiana Wesleyan Wildcat's defense proved too tough as they held the Foresters to just eight second half points on their way to the 77-47 win.  In the first half, both teams put on a shooting clinic with HC going 16-20 from the field for 80% while IWU went 19-26 for 73.1%.  Both teams cooled off in the second half, but it was the Wildcat's defense that really put the clamps on the Foresters.  HC struggled to find the bottom of the net and managed just three buckets in the second half.  The Foresters' shooting woes were also evident at the foul line as they went 1-7 from the charity stripe in the half.  IWU's Katy Hinkle led four Wildcat's in double figures with 16.  Mandy Topp added 15 on 5-6 shooting from behind the arc.  Betsey Bean and Amy Berry each scored 11 to lead the Foresters.  The loss drops the women to 8-12 on the season ad 3-6 in the MCC.
