11.12.04 - The Foresters advanced to the Championship game of their own tournament with a 70-50 win over Trinity Christian College.  HC used two runs to key the win.  The Foresters jumped to an early 13-0 lead to begin the game, but the Trolls whittled it down to just seven at the half.  Trinity pulled within two at 43-41 with 12:24 left in the game when HC went on a 15-5 run to push the lead back up to 12 at 58-46 with just under six minutes to play.  The Foresters then held the Trolls scoreless over the final three minutes to seal the win.  HC put four in double figures in the game with Betsey Bean dropping in a team-high 17.  Amy Berry, Jamie Grogg, and Katie Stiffler each added 15 points.  Although the Foresters shot just 38% in the game, they won the battle of the boards grabbing 21 offensive rebounds to the TCC's 10.  The Trolls couldn't keep Berry off the glass as she picked up a career-high 15 rebounds to lead the team.  Bean added nine and Stiffler had 8.  Trinity Christian was lead by Jessica Eenigenburg who took game-high honors with 19 points.  The Foresters will take on Cedarville University in tomorrow's championship game.  The Yellow Jackets routed St. Joseph's College 89-50 in the late game Friday evening.
