12.16.05 - The Foresters rallied from a seven-point deficit early in the contest to pick up their third consecutive victory with the 80-62 win over Siena Heights University.

A 3-point field goal by Siena Heights' Laura Panozzo gave the Saints their largest lead of the game at 15-8 six minutes into the game.  Amy Berry and Lauren Davenport combined for 12 of HU's next 13 points to draw the Foresters even at 21-21 with 5:51 left in the half.  Ryane Roesch hit one of two charity tosses to put the Saints back on top 22-21, but HU stepped up its defense and closed out the period with a 13-5 run to take a 34-27 lead at intermission.

On the Foresters' first possession of the second half, Betsey Bean nailed a three to gave HU a 10-point advantage at 37-27 and the Saints would get no closer the rest of the game.  The Foresters continued to roll pushing their lead to as many as 20 and coasted to the comfortable win. 

HU's Berry took game-high honors with 32 points, hitting  12-20 shots from the field and 8-8 from the line.  Janna Knisely added 12 points and nine rebounds and Kendra Stahl finished with 11 points.  Bean added nine points and 12 boards and Jessica Ramey dished out a game-high 11 assists.  Panozzo posted a double-double for the Saints with 25 points and 11 rebounds and Roesch added 11 points.  The win pushes the Foresters to 7-5 on the season.
