11.28.05 - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced its men and women's soccer post-season awards for the 2005 season.  Six women’s soccer players and one from the men’s roster were selected as Daktronics-NAIA All-America Scholar-Athletes.  

HU junior goalkeeper, Robyn Althoff, senior forward Joy Bamford, senior midfielder Kara Fultz, senior defender Ashley Gonterman, junior defender Hannah Kaufman, and senior defender Christi Shook, were members of the women’s squad to receive the honor.  Senior midfielder Andrew Hulfish was the men’s representative on the list.  Recipients of the award must have at least a junior standing and a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5.
