10.25.08 - Midfielder Bethany McGraw was the catalyst that propelled the Foresters to the 2-1 double overtime victory over Goshen College.

McGraw put the first point on the scoreboard for HU less than three minutes into the contest.  Goshen evened things up with seven minutes to play in the first half and they headed to the break tied 1-1.

The two teams went scoreless through the second half and first overtime period until McGraw hit the game-winner with 4:11 to play in the second extra period.  HU's Jessie Turnow hit McGraw at the top of the 18.  McGraw cut back to her left and sent the ball past the Maple Leaf keeper into the back if the net.

The Foresters generated 16 shots to just 12 for Goshen. HU keeper Emily Walker recorded five saves in the match.

With the win, the Foresters to improve to 7-8-1 on the season and 2-5 in the MCC.
