09.09.09 - After owning a 2-1 halftime lead, the Foresters gave up two Kalamazoo College goals to fall 2-3 to the Hornets in overtime.

Brittany Hartman got things rolling for the Foresters when she found the back of the net 13 minutes into play.  The Hornets countered with their own goal eight minutes later.  Just before halftime China White sent a pass up and over the defense and Justine Jost outran two defenders to score HU's second goal of the contest.

With 15 minutes left to play the Hornets knotted the score 2-2 sending the game to overtime.  Kalamazoo wasted no time capturing the win off a shot that hit the far post and dribbled in for the score.

HU keeper, Amy Tavierne, recorded 13 saves on the day. Kalamazoo outshot HU 23-11.

With this loss, the Foresters are 3-2.  For a complete box score click here.
