9.11.04 - The Goshen College Maple Leafs showed their depth with a 9-0 shut out over the Foresters. Goshen dominated the day giving up just one set when Dawn Lauer took the first set off of Liz Goering before dropping the last two 6-1, 6-0 at #5 singles. “I really thought we would have a closer match,” said Coach Turner. “Goshen is a solid team, but I am disappointed that we didn’t have more intensity in our singles matches.” The women fall to 2-4 on the season and 1-3 in the MCC.
