10.04.07 - After dropping two of the three doubles matches, the
Foresters responded with five wins in singles to post the 6-3 victory
over Franklin College.
Kendra Ganz and Katie Sprunger were
both double winners in the match. They teamed for the 8-1 win at
#3 doubles and then Ganz won at #2 singles when Emily Ruch defaulted
in the third set while Sprunger got the 6-1, 6-4 victory at #4.
Other winners
included Stephanie Strong (6-3, 6-1) at #1 singles, Jessica Deter
(6-2, 6-3) at #3 and Liz Hull (6-2, 7-6) at #6.
With the win, the
Foresters improve to 10-4 on the year.
