Position Announcements


The History department of Covenant College invites applications for

a position in Modern European History. The position is available beginning

July 1, 2001. Ph.D. expected, though ABD will be considered. Teaching area

will include European survey, elective surveys, courses in the field of the

candidate, and sections of the core offering in twentieth century global

history. Preference will be given to those with competence in a secondary

field in ancient and medieval history, history of political theory, or Latin

American history. Evidence of teaching experience is preferred. Covenant

College is a Christian liberal arts college in the Reformed tradition and seeks

applicants who embrace a Reformed world and life view and are committed

to the integration of Christian faith and their discipline. Women and minority
