Susan Burson
Assistant Professor of Education

Professor Burson is assistant professor of education for early childhood and elementary science methods courses and also supervises student teachers.  Before coming to Huntington University, she taught Kindergarten at Jessamine Early Learning Village in Wilmore, Ky. Professor Burson received her Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education at Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, N.C., and a Masters degree in Elementary Education at Georgetown College in Georgetown, Ky. Burson has also taken related coursework at Asbury Theological Seminary and is currently enrolled at Ball State University where she is pursuing the doctorate degree.
