all are in equilibrium and that you feel a "sense of well being and wholeness"?

these aspects, both in terms of practice and as attitudes of the heart?

would you like to develop further? What would this require, in terms of the
dimensions of your life?
d] Choose at least three of the Recommendations regarding personal
beliefs and practices that you would like to develop in your life. For each, identify
and implement five strategies that you could pursue to realize these goals.
