As an applied exercise science major at Huntington University, you will have many opportunities to engage in fitness-related public service and private practice while working alongside world-class scientists, professors, and professionals. At our university, you can earn a minor in physical education, health and safety, recreation, coaching, or sports ministry; a minor in Applied Exercise Science is also available. Teacher certification programs are available, and Red Cross certifications in first aid and CPR (or EMT certification) are required for graduation.
