Huntington
University Foundation
Breakfast Series
The Huntington University Foundation hosts
a monthly breakfast meeting, open to all who are interested in
learning about current issues and the people and programs of
Huntington University. Breakfast meetings are held on the second
Wednesday of each month, September through May, at the Habecker
Dining Commons. The breakfasts begin at 7:45 am and conclude by 9
am. The cost of our breakfast is $6.00. First time attendees eat
free! Free breakfasts are provided courtesy of Chris and Janelle
Love of Bailey-Love Mortuary
In addition to the program, Dr. G Blair Dowden
provides his monthly
President's Update on University happenings and
introduces a local student who has received a Huntington County Grant
through the Huntington University Foundation.

Nursing program
update and new faculty introductions
The
first breakfast of the Huntington University Foundation’s 2007-2008 Breakfast
Series will feature introductions of new faculty and an update
about the new nursing program. Following the presentation, Margaret Winter,
director of nursing, will lead a tour of
Department of Nursing in the lower level of
the Science Hall.

Regional Office Director of the Indiana Economic Development
Corporation, will report on the state’s efforts for economic
development in the area. |

Just a few games into the new season, Coach Steve Platt will
give insight to the 2007-2008 Foresters. Now in his 14th
season, Coach Platt has led the Foresters to five
Mid-Central Conference Championships and seven NAIA National
Tournament appearances. |
