graduate counseling program tuition & fees

The cost for the Graduate Counseling Program is $480 per credit hour for the 2014-2015 academic year. Both full and half-time students are eligible for student loans. Students enrolled in at least six hours (two courses) each semester can defer repayment of student loans.

Graduate Assistantships

Graduate counseling program applicants planning to enroll as full-time students (9 credit hours) may apply for assistantship grants equal to one-half of tuition.* Positions require 15 hours per week to be served in one of the following departments: Residence Life, Student Success, Graduate Admissions, Learning Services, or Campus Ministries /Volunteer Services. Because assistantships operate on two-year rotations, multiple positions will be available each year. Qualifying students may apply for all open positions but can only serve in one assistantship. This is a competitive program – students are selected through a process that includes an application and a formal interview.
