Graduate Admissions Counselor

Rebecca Cline transitioned into the role of graduate admissions counselor in March 2013. She previously worked as a graduate assistant. Cline, originally from Marcellus, Mich., is currently enrolled in HU’s master’s degree program in counseling. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in 2008 from Western Michigan University in business administration.

Sara Baldwin joined the university in 2013. She is a native of Muncie, Indiana, but currently lives in Fort Wayne with her family. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and human resource management from the IUPUI Kelley School of Business-Indianapolis in 2008.

Coordinator of YML Program

Melissa joined the university in 2013. She is a 2009 graduate of Bethel College where she previously served as a divisional assistant to the Dean of Religion and Philosophy. She also holds a master’s degree in Youth Ministry Leadership from Huntington University.

Interim Assistant Director for Graduate and Professional Program Enrollment

Sara Diehl began working at Huntington University in 2008. She now manages the daily enrollment activities of the graduate and adult program offices. Diehl received a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurial Small Business Management and Marketing from Huntington University in 2008 and is currently working on her MBA.

Lori Garde became the Program Assistant to the Graduate Counseling Program in 2010.

Professor of Education

Dr. Holtrop teaches curriculum design and technology courses in the Master of Education program. His administrative duties include overseeing the graduate and adult studies programs on campus and directing the Master of Education graduate program.


Dr. Ann McPherron, Huntington University, a Christian college

Vice President for Strategy & Graduate/Adult Programs
Professor of Business

McPherren returned to her alma mater to join the business department faculty in 1981. She has also assisted the university in various academic and administrative endeavors serving as assistant to the Academic Dean, department and Division head, and currently as Vice President for Strategy & Graduate/Adult Programs.
