Nationally Recognized Faculty

Dr. Dave Rahn, Director of the graduate Youth Ministry Leadership program, has assembled a prestigious group of nationally recognized faculty members to train and mentor students. In this program, you will have the opportunity to work with experts of ministry effectiveness and youth culture, like Dr. Dave Livermore, Dr. René Rochester, and Dr. Mark Cannister. Online-Hybrid Format

As the world of graduate education continues to evolve, students are often forced to decide between the convenience of online courses and the quality of in-class instruction. Our online-hybrid master's degree offers graduate students the best of both worlds. You will be able to maintain your commitments to your church community and family, all while establishing important relationships with peers and faculty who can assist you in expanding the impact of your ministry. Learn more.

Experiential Learning

The M.A. in Youth Ministry Leadership provides master's level students with significant opportunity for experiential learning and theory application. Distinctive to the online-hybrid format, faculty have geared coursework and research projects toward immediate application within each student's specific ministry setting. The graduate Youth Ministry Leadership program also provides students with networking and career development opportunities by hosting face-to-face intensives at events like the National Youth Workers Convention.

Cost Effective

At Huntington University, we understand the financial sacrifices that are made to be involved in youth ministry. For this reason, we provide students with a cost effective avenue for achieving a graduate degree in Youth Ministry Leadership . Current tuition rates have been set at $367 per credit hour. Scholarships and loans are available to further offset and manage the expense of master's level work. Because of our partnership with Youth for Christ, Individuals involved in YFC may be eligible for special grant funding. While travel and hotel expenses for the face-to-face intensives are covered by the student, we can provide you with information concerning low cost lodging options.
