F
inancial Costs and Assistance

Tuition for the 2008-2009 school year is $325 per credit hour.  Additional fees include books, food, and housing expenses. Click here for additional details.

Financial aid is available through limited Graduate School funds and federal student loans.  All members of the United Brethren Church receive a grant of 33% of their graduate tuition, in addition to other financial aid.  Students age 55 and over may take courses for just $75 per credit hour (maximum of six credit hours per term.)  Every effort is made to keep costs to a minimum, due in part to the generosity of friends and alumni of the university, and the supporting denomination.

Step-by Step Guide to Financial Aid:

  1. Complete the Application for Admission, and register for classes.
No student will be considered for financial aid until the application and registration process is complete.

  2. For Graduate School scholarships, complete and return the Financial Aid Application. Graduate School funds are granted according to the number of credit hours enrolled and are given on a first-come-first-served basis.  Students must apply for this assistance each semester.
