Since 1994, Huntington University has demonstrated an unusual commitment to the advancement of youth ministry by funding Link Institute. This initiative has allowed a top-notch faculty team to allocate significant portions of their time to conduct original research, write for popular and scholarly audiences, speak widely, and network with a vast number of youth ministry practitioners. It is only natural that graduate-level youth ministry programs would emerge from this Link Institute foundation. Huntington University has offered an M.A. in Youth Ministry since 1995. And in the fall of 2005, a new Master of Arts in Youth Ministry Leadership was launched to aggressively serve a national audience, unite and empower outstanding faculty leaders from across the country, and unleash top grad students to develop original research and writing contributions that advance the knowledge base of youth ministry. The new Youth Ministry Leadership M.A. is designed for those who are seeking to further their skills in and knowledge of youth ministry, but are unable to attend classes in our current format. In the new program, each course will meet for three consecutive days in various locations across the country and the remainder of the course will be conducted on-line. Classes will be taught by recognized youth ministry professors from around the nation who are passionate about equipping graduate students for uncommon, Christ-honoring influence on the practice of youth ministry.
