• A cohort of six students from racially and ethnically diverse backgrounds will be selected each year.
   

• The Horizon Leader Scholarship will cover all fees associated with tuition and housing costs for up to 10 semesters.
   

• The scholarship will be renewable annually provided the student maintains a minimum 2.5 GPA.
   

• Participants will be actively involved in Primetime (Youth for Christ-Fort Wayne) and other YFC outreach ministries with the intent of developing long-term commitment to YFC.
