Professor Elise Chadwick came to Huntington University having been a missionary in Peru for three years. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Spanish Education from Calvin College in 2003, and then went immediately to work, teaching high school Spanish in Lansing, Mich.

Brigitte Martin, Huntington University, a Christian college

Adjunct Instructor in French

Brigitte Martin has taught French courses at Huntington University since 1999. She holds a Master of Arts in French literature from the University of Texas at Austin. In addition, she earned a master's degree in business and a Bachelor of Arts in business English from La Sorbonne, France.

Dr. Norris Friesen is the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs & Dean of the Faculty. A veteran of the Huntington administration, Friesen became dean of student services in 1985, then was named vice president for student development in 1993. He has taught beginning and intermediate German through a four-semester sequence since 1993.
