After Hours Study Room

The After Hours Study Room is available from the library closing until 4:00 a.m. During the day it used as a study lounge and contains Soda, Juice and Water vending machines.

Archives and Special Collections

Audio Visual Services

Included in the building is an audiovisual viewing room. Curricular needs, however, take priority in scheduling the audiovisual viewing room. Equipment for mounting and laminating visuals is available, as well as for copying audio tapes*. The media center collection also contains a video & DVD collection focused on curricular needs.

Circulation

Many factors go into the circulation of material but in general the circulation periods for students are as follows:

Computer Workstations

The library offers various computer workstation throughout the main floor. The computers in the Reference area of the library are for research purposes only except for the three stations in the carrels located next to the Reference desk. The three computers in this area may be used for word processing, spreadsheets and power point creation. A computer lab that is an extension of Technology Services is located at the north end of the Reference area. The in this area are available for students to access their campus accounts. All computers print to the circulation desk and are charged one cent per page. A color printer for transparency creation is also available for your use. Please contact the circulation desk for further information.

Curriculum Materials Center

An extensive collection of education materials for use in classroom teaching is available in our curriculum materials center. The center contains four distinct collections: a collection of kits, games, and realia; a collection of textbooks; a collection of junior fiction and nonfiction; and a collection of activity books. This collection is available for students involved in our education program and for home school programs.
