Below are links to sample tests
or questions for each area of the mathematics competitions (High school and
Middle Grades).
A set of 20 multiple choice questions from the
following categories:
- Algebra - 7 questions
- Geometry - 5 questions
- Trigonometry - 3 questions
- Calculus - 2 questions
- General - 3 questions

School Individual Competition
10 questions will be given from
random categories. Questions are designed for quick application of
procedures and skills without extensive computation.

School Team Problem Solving
A multi-step problem is given to the entire
team. The team is responsible to wisely distribute the tasks of the
problem to complete the solution as quickly as possible. There are often
graphing calculator components to this task.
Middle School Written Test
A set of 20 multiple choice questions from the following categories:
- Algebra - 6 questions
- Geometry - 6 questions
- General - 8 questions
Middle School Individual Competition
10 questions will be given from random categories. Questions are designed
for quick application of procedures and skills without extensive
computation.
Middle School Team Problem Solving
A multi-step problem is given to the entire team. The team is responsible to
wisely distribute the tasks of the problem to complete the solution as
quickly as possible. There are often calculator components to this task.
