Registration

On-Line Registration has closed May 16th.

Registration for the conference is $85 ($100 after May 4th, $25 for students). Please complete your own registration form unless you are a family member or a guest of someone registering,

Please complete the following information.  Your requests will be processed, the total computed, and a summary page will display the results.  Upon verifying availability of your room selection, you will receive confirmation by e-mail within 2 working days.  Billing changes due to special requests will be processed by hand.  All checks and money orders must be received by May 18th.

  • Early registration on or before May 4th - $85
  • Registration after May 4th - $100
  • On-line registration closes May 16th.  After May 16th, participants should contact Dr. Francis Jones fjones@huntington.edu to register for the conference.  We can not guarantee housing or meals after May 16th.
  • All checks and money orders must be received by May 18th.
  • We can not provide full refunds after May 18th.
  • Single day registration available via special request ***
  • The conference registration fee will be waived for the first ten "first-time" attendees that register. First time attendees should check the appropriate option on the registration form.  If you are one of the first ten "first-time" attendees to register, your confirmation e-mail will contain the modified balance.  If you have attended an ACMS conference in the past, you are not eligible.  Note: As of 4/12 we have received over ten "first-time" registrations.  If one of the first ten "first-time" registrants cancels, we will waive the registration for the next "first-timer" on our list.  It is great to have so many "first-time" registrants!
