Ceramicist, art professor to hold pottery sale FOR RELEASE May 7, 2007 HUNTINGTON, IN—Rebecca Coffman, award-winning ceramicist and professor of art at Huntington University, will hold a pottery sale from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 12, at the university’s Art Annex, 390 Lake Street, Huntington. The sale is open to the public and will feature a variety of functional pottery handmade by Coffman, including mugs, bowls, teapots, pitchers and jars with lids. Coffman has taught at Huntington University since 1993. She holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in ceramics and painting from Hardin-Simmons University.
