HUNTINGTON, IN—Huntington University inducted 10 new members into its Lambda Pi Eta chapter at a ceremony held today in Habecker Dining Commons. LPH is the official communication studies honor society of the National Communication Association.

“These students represent both academic excellence and collegiality since they must meet a high grade point average and be voted in by their peers,” said Dr. Kevin Miller, advisor for LPH and associate professor of communication.

LPH students also are involved in service projects in the community each semester. For the fall semester of 2007, they are restoring a historic marker for the City of Huntington.
