meeting on Wednesday, November 13, 1996 in the Habecker Dining Commons.
Dr. DeWitt Baker will share personal experiences from his tenure as
president of Huntington College.

Quentin Schultze will speak at Huntington College Monday, November 11,
at 8 p.m. in the Merillat Centre for the Arts auditorium. His lecture
entitled, "Cruising the Information Superhighway with Christ," is the
next in this semester’s Forester Lecture Series at the College.

The Huntington College Board of Trustees met October 17-18, 1996 on the
Huntington campus. New board members and officers were elected, among
them Larry New, Tom Tyler, and Carol Shuttleworth.

Huntington College will celebrate the 400th anniversary of William
Shakespeare’s tragedy, "Romeo and Juliet," with a production on the
mainstage of the Merillat Centre for the Arts, November 7-9, at 8 p.m.

and awarded three Distinguished Alumni Citations at a special luncheon
ceremony at 1:00 p.m. today.

Huntington College’s chapter of the Alpha Chi National College Honor
Scholarship Society inducted twelve new members during a special college
convocation on Friday, October 4 at 11:00 a.m. in the Merillat Centre
for the Arts auditorium.

Huntington College held its annual Homecoming Coronation on Friday,
October 4 at 6:30 p.m. at Forest Glen Park. Seniors Troy Jester and
Tonya Summersett were crowned homecoming king and queen.

Congressman Mark Souder (R-4th Dist. IN) will present the fourth in this
semester’s Forester Lecture Series at Huntington College on Tuesday,
October 8, at 8 p.m. in the Merillat Centre for the Arts. Souder will
describe the challenges, successes, and setbacks he has seen as a member
of the 104th Congress.
