Huntington University Women’s Auxiliary to host annual garage sale


Huntington, Ind. — The Huntington University Women’s Auxiliary 20th Annual Garage Sale will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Oct. 22 and 8 a.m. to noon Oct. 23 in the HU fieldhouse, a new location this year.

The garage sale will benefit the Baker/Roush halls Prayer Room and the Auxiliary Scholarship Fund. Items left over are donated to Salvation Army, LOVE Inc., Habitat For Humanity and The Shepherd’s Closet.

Items for the sale may be dropped off at the fieldhouse anytime from noon to 5 p.m. Oct. 21 or from 7 to 11 a.m. Oct. 22. Items should be marked at a reasonable price. Jeans, slacks blouses, skirts, sweaters, children’s clothes, shoes and books do not need to be marked.
