2013 Forester Night recognizes students, faculty The 42nd annual Huntington University Forester Night celebrated the accomplishments of students from across campus, as well as the recognition of the Foresters of the Year, the 2013 Outstanding Scholar Award, the Impact Initiative Scholarship and the Professor of the Year. The event was held May 7.

Prof. Rebecca Coffman, professor of art, will be exhibiting grolleg porcelain, bowls and teapots at First Presbyterian Gallery in Fort Wayne. The exhibit by Coffman called “Ceramics” opened on April 26 and will run through June 2.
Exhibit to feature works of graduating visual arts students Huntington University will highlight the works of five graduating visual arts seniors during an exhibit April 29-May 9 in the Robert E. Wilson Gallery in the Merillat Centre for the Arts. An artist reception will be held at 6 p.m. May 4.

An exhibit at Artlink in Fort Wayne is featuring a piece from Prof. Barb Michel, assistant professor of art. In this Regional University Exhibition, visual art faculty from Huntington University, IPFW and the University of Saint Francis are displaying one piece of their artwork. Michel is displaying a silk screen print. The show runs through Feb. 27. Artlink is located at 300 E. Main St. in Fort Wayne.
