Degree Audit Information

What’s Degree Audit?

Degree audit evaluates your coursework records for completion of specified degree requirements. Degree audit enables you to see which degree requirements you have satisfied and which you have not satisfied based on the courses you have completed. The program will automatically select the majors and minors that you have declared in the registrar’s office. You can also select alternative majors and minors to see how your coursework would satisfy those requirements. If you change your majors or minors in the degree audit program, your permanent records will not change. You will still need to declare new majors and minors in the registrar’s office

How to Access Degree Audit:

  1. After logging on to the student web site at http://myinfo.huntington.edu, click on Degree Audit in the menu at the top of your screen to bring up the degree audit program.

  2. The degree audit program will pop up in another screen and will give you the opportunity to select your choice of majors and minors.

The program will automatically select the majors and minors that you have declared in the registrar’s office. You can select alternative majors and minors using the drop down menus in each box to see how your coursework would apply to those programs.

  3. Click on Run Degree Audit and your audit will appear.

Notes:

  1. The degree audit program will automatically select the catalog that is coded for you by the registrar’s office. The catalog being used is displayed at the upper right hand of the audit. If you believe the program is not using the catalog expected, let the registrar’s office know that it should be changed.

  2. No audits exist for students who are completing a program under a catalog prior to UG02, except for Elementary Education and Youth Ministries.

  3. Requirements are shown as incomplete (flagged in the right-hand column of the audit) until a passing grade is posted for the course or courses that satisfy the requirement. After a requirement is completed, alternative options for completing the requirement are no longer displayed on the audit.

  4. Requirements that have been waived appear on the audit but do not count toward your earned hours.

  5. Worship leadership and digital media arts do not have audits available at this time. After the curriculum is approved for these majors, an audit will be created and made available.
