Where are they now?
Social Work graduates are in high demand

Huntington University graduated its first social work students in May, 2007. Two had job offers when they received their degrees, and by August, all six were employed in their field:

  • Three are serving in foster care and adoption

  • Two are working in mental health centers

  • One is the social service director in a health care facility.

Diana Hochstetler (2007) is employed as social service director of a healthcare facility in northeast Indiana.

Kimberly Kilander (2007) is employed at the Bowen Center (Huntington, Indiana)

Emily Risser (2007) is employed at Home-based Family Services (Chambersburg, Pennsylvania).

Bev Rutan (2007) is employed at the Bowen Center located at White's Residential and Family Services (Wabash, Indiana).

Sheena (Sharpe) Wood (2007) is employed at the Madison Center (South Bend, Indiana).

Chynna Wright (2007) is employed at Whites Residential and Family Services(Wabash, Indiana).
