What should I do if my computer is not working?

Problems with accessing the college network and applications will be analyzed by the staff and if it is a problem with the college's network or applications, a solution will be developed and implemented. If the problem is with your hardware or software and if the hardware and software are within the warranty period, you will be asked to contact the support center of the hardware or software vendor.

If the system is out of warranty, the HC Technology Services team will identify several companies in the area that could assist you in resolving the problem. When purchasing a computer it is important to understand what the support services will be and how long they will be available.
