Learn to work as a team, solve problems, and overcome
obstacles at  Thornhill's Leadership Challenge Course!

The Leadership Challenge Course is designed to benefit groups of all kinds.  Whether it be corporate groups, youth groups, college student leaders, community/civic leaders, or anyone who works together toward a common goal, the ropes course experience can be a valuable one.

Introducing a group to artificial stressors and challenges in a controlled and safe environment lead to accelerated learning in areas such as leadership skills, teamwork, cooperation, communication skills, and group dynamics.  Each program, whether High Ropes Elements or Low Ropes Elements,  is customized to meet a group's specific needs and to address certain themes which they deem important.

The Thornhill Leadership Challenge Course was designed and built by Steven Gustafson of Experience Based Learning (www.ebl.org).  Steven has designed and built courses from Indiana, to Hawaii, to South Korea.

Can't come out to Thornhill?  Let us come to you!  We have many portable activities which we can set up at your facility.

For further information, or to schedule a full-day or half-day session, contact:  Jule McKanna at (260)-359-4120.

Here's what people are saying about their Leadership Challenge Course experience:

"Of all the things we have done as a staff, the time spent on the low ropes course was one of the most beneficial activities.  It served as a springboard for a great school year.  It was a time of bonding, working together, laughter, and camaraderie like we've never had before.  The teachers are already asking when we can get together and do it again."
- Jay Peters, Principal, Northwest Elementary

"High and Low Ropes is one of the best tools I've ever seen for bringing groups together as a team.  I can't think of a group that it wouldn't be awesome for."
- Shannon Colwin, Youth Pastor,
Good Shepherd United Brethern Church
