Exercise Equipment Room
This equipment
room features lifting stations, stair-climbers, and elliptical trainers. Down
the hall you'll also find an Aerobics Room with floating wood floor and
additional exercise equipment.
The Free-Weight Room offers a squat rack,
incline bench, curl bench, press benches, 10-80 pound dumbells.
Our Human Fitness Laboratory
has
equipment for VO2max, EEG, ECG, blood constituents & pressure, body fatness, body
temperature, body flexibility, ambient pressure determinations.
