To be considered for admission to the Graduate Christian Ministry Program, you must supply the following information. Once this information is received, the admissions committee will consider your application, and you will be required to complete an interview, either over the phone or face to face, with a faculty member from the Ministry and Missions department.

Official Transcripts

Submit official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended. An undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.0 is desired.

To be eligible for full acceptance into the Graduate Christian Ministry Program for Pastoral Leadership, Global Initiatives, and Global Youth Ministry, your undergraduate work needs to include:

If you do not currently have these prerequisites met, you can still be accepted into the Graduate Christian Ministry Program on a conditional basis. We can then assist you in completing these requirements.

Recommendations

Those wishing to apply to the Graduate Christian Ministry Program for Pastoral Leadership, Global Initiatives, and Global Youth Ministry:

Submit three recommendation forms, including at least one from a pastor or spiritual leader, to Huntington University Graduate School.

Those wishing to apply to the Master's in Youth Ministry Leadership Program:

Submit One letter of recommendation from your pastor/spiritual leader to Huntington University Graduate School

Writing Samples

Please submit separate one-page writing samples in response to each of the following:

  1. What are the highlights of your walk with God?
  2. What personal ministry vision does God seem to be leading you toward at this time in your life?
  3. Describe your ministry experience to this point. (The equivalent of three years full-time youth ministry experience is preferred for entrance into the Master's in Youth Ministry Leadership program)
