Celebrating its inaugural season in 2012, the Huntington University Bowling program is prepped to build a winning tradition. The Foresters are blazing the trail as just over 30 NAIA schools around the country boast a bowling program.
It’s an exciting time to be a Forester bowler. Not only will you be challenged athletically, you’ll also grow academically and in your faith. The season spans from October to March and is considered an emerging sport by the National Intercollegiate Athletic Association (NAIA).
Fairview Heights, Ill. - The Huntington University bowling team was in action at the National Collegiate Team Match Games over Thanksgiving weekend. The tournament was the second of four tier one events with a unique format in that every game is a match against four other schools with bonus pins awarded for beating your opponents.
