The evaluation process is designed to be beneficial to the student, the employer or organization providing an internship experience, and the Friesen Center for Service & Experiential Learning. By providing and reviewing honest and thoughtful feedback, the student has the opportunity to reflect on skills and characteristics that are important to their growth and development in business and in life. The employer or organization and the Friesen Center can utilize feedback to build upon successful student experiences and to maximize the educational value received by students.
