Graduate Assistant

Chelsea Winner is making her coaching debut with the Huntington women’s basketball program. Her coaching responsibilities include assisting with practices and game strategy and providing support to players on and off the court as well as recruiting. 

Winner comes to HU after an outstanding playing career at Indiana Wesleyan from 2013-2017 during which she earned three All-Conference badges. The 6-0 forward helped guide the Wildcats to two Crossroads League tournament championships as well as three trips to the NAIA National Tournament which included two Sweet 16 finishes and an overall four-year record of 100-36.

Winner’s accomplishments off the court were equally impressive. The Maria Stein (Ohio) native was a two-time Academic All-American and NAIA Scholar Athlete. She graduated with a BS in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Masters of Counseling at Huntington.
