Scott Druhot earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and his master’s degree in business management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Druhot is a life-long learner and continues to develop his leadership and business acumen by attending executive and certification courses through Notre Dame, Villa Nova and Northwestern. Along with his professional career, he speaks and consults with organizations on leadership and business development.
With over 20 years of management and executive leadership his areas of expertise and research include business strategies, leadership, six sigma lean manufacturing, marketing, and training & development.
Druhot has earned numerous awards and recognitions such as Top 40 under 40 in NE Indiana, finalist for Learning Leader of the Year, Honorable Mention Corporate University Award, distinctions in training, teamwork, and performance.
Druhot served in the U.S. Air Force for eight years and after being honorably discharged, he was a district, regional and national trainer for two pharmaceutical organizations. He worked in pharmaceuticals for over seven years and developed nationally-accepted training programs. After pharmaceuticals, Druhot served as the CEO and president of a manufacturing firm in Fort Wayne and a vice president of training and development at a national financial wholesale firm.
He serves as the president and Lead Catalyst for Catalyst 1440, LLC. consulting organizations on business development, leadership & coaching, sales & marketing, and corporate training & education.
Druhot's personal interests include triathlons, flying, fly fishing, and motivational seminar instructing. He is a member of St. Vincent’s church and lives in Fort Wayne with his wife, Leslie, and four children, Tessa, Hudson, Paige, and Kenley.
