Julie Dungan returned to her alma mater in 2020 to serve as the director of the Robert E. Wilson Art Gallery at Huntington University. In this role, she organizes gallery exhibits and receptions, oversees student grant workers for the Department of Art + Design, and maintains the Wilson permanent collection. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in graphic design from Huntington University and has experience as a graphic artist, freelance designer, nanny, and children’s ministry administrator.
Originally from Richmond, Indiana, Julie currently resides in Huntington, where she enjoys tackling gardening and home projects as well as traveling. Her favorite HU memories include missions trips, evenings enjoying community in residence halls, and taking art classes on the third floor of historic Becker Hall.
