Fairchild attends annual Convention of the Society of Biblical Literature

Dr. Mark Fairchild, Luke J. Peters Professor of biblical studies, attended the annual Convention of the Society of Biblical Literature in Baltimore, Md. While there, he addressed the Biblical Archaeology Society's Bible Fest with a lecture titled, "Why Did John Mark Depart from the Anatolian Mission (Acts 13:13)?" Fairchild also was interviewed by Mark Mellinger on BOTT radio about his work in Turkey. The full interview will air at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 28 on AM 1090.
