Foundation Breakfast features Enterprise Resource Center

Huntington, Ind. "Ned Kiser, Huntington College Vice President of Advancement, will present information about the recent start-up of HC's Enterprise Resource Center at the Huntington College Foundation Breakfast Series, on Wednesday, March 9. Breakfast will begin at 7:45 a.m., in the Habecker Dining Commons and the program will conclude by 9:00 a.m. The cost of the breakfast is $6.00 per person. First time attendees are invited to attend free of charge. The Enterprise Resource Center, begun in the fall of 2004, provides Huntington College students with the opportunity for real world experiences by connecting students with area businesses, organizations, churches, and local government. Several opportunities for internships, practicums, and special projects are now available to students through the ERC. This new program is the result of a 2003 Lilly Endowment grant that will provide these additional hands-on learning opportunities for students.
The public is invited to attend all Foundation Breakfast Series meetings, which highlight current issues and the people and programs of Huntington College. Breakfast meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month, September through May.
