HUNTINGTON, IN DECEMBER 6, 1996—- The Huntington College baseball team will sponsor its annual Holiday Baseball Camp from December 27—31. All sessions will be held at the Merillat Complex for Physical Education and Recreation in the fieldhouse. Session One will be held for ages 8-12 and will run from 9-11:30 a.m. Session Two will be held for ages 13-18 and will run from 1-4 p.m.

The camp will cover many different skills, including hitting, pitching, defensive work, and baserunning. The camp will be directed by the Huntington College coaching staff, which includes head coach Mike Frame, assistants Dr. Bob Boozer, Dave Goodmiller, and Russ Lawson. Also assisting in the camp will be Huntington College alumnus and Eastbrook High head baseball coach Brian Abbott. The instructional staff will be rounded out by current Huntington College players Ben Coburn, Brett Eberly, Shawn Kauzlick, Deron Swanson, and Matt Yoder.

Cost for the camp is $50 if paid before December 15 and $60 if paid after. Each session is limited to the first 50 participants. A discount is available to first timers and to families with multiple children attending the camp. Each camper will receive a T-shirt and their own hitting tape.
