HUNTINGTON, Ind. — Huntington University is seeking to fill the position of Head Men’s Golf Coach.  The position is a part-time position and reports to the Director of Athletics.   Huntington University is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and competes in sixteen sports.

Head men’s golf coach responsibilities include administering all facets of the golf program such as recruiting, spiritual development of student-athletes, budgeting, scheduling, travel, practices, public and media relations and complying with all NAIA, league and institutional regulations and policies.

Candidates must have a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a desire to serve others.Candidates must embrace the mission of Huntington University in all aspects of this position and be committed to an NAIA program of intercollegiate athletics.  Previous coaching experience required.  Candidates must allow for flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.  Evidence of strong communication, managerial, organizational and coaching skills required.
