HUNTINGTON, Ind. – Northfield High School standout Joseph Mitchell has signed his letter of intent to bowl for Huntington University this fall.

A four-year starter for the Norseman, Mitchell averaged 195 this season to help guide 9th-ranked Northfield to a sectional title. In individual play, the Wabash native qualified for regionals this year marking the third time in his prep career of doing so.  

Mitchell plans to study chemistry education at HU.

The Huntington University Foresters compete in 16 intercollegiate sports for men and women.
