HUNTINGTON, Ind. - The Huntington University women’s tennis program has announced the signing of German native Charlotte Seth.

Seth hails from Castrop-Rauxel, Germany where she ranked #491 in the country last year. The southpaw adds depth to Coach Ferguson’s squad that already returns a core of solid players. The Foresters finished last year with a third place finish in the Crossroads League and an overall record of 10-6.

“I am very excited about having Charlotte join our team,” said Ferguson. “She will be a strong addition to our 2017 team and I expect she will contribute immediately.”

Seth plans to study biology at HU this fall. She is the daughter of Gerhard and Ulrike Seth.

The Huntington University Foresters compete in 17 intercollegiate sports for men and women. In the past decade, Huntington has produced 38 NAIA All-America honors and 274 All-America Scholar Athlete honors. Huntington University is a comprehensive Christian college of the liberal arts offering graduate and undergraduate programs in more than 70 academic concentrations. U.S. News & World Report ranks Huntington among the best colleges in the Midwest.
