GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Three HU women’s tennis players made it to the Sweet Sixteen in singles action of the ITA Regionals over the weekend. Playing in the main draw, Constanze Golz, Celine Rongos and Morgan Bemisderfer each picked up a pair of wins before losing in the round of 16.

The Davenport-hosted event included ten teams, six from the Crossroads League and four from the WHAC.

After losing in the first round, Megan Dolde worked her way through consolation bracket where she made it to the finals. She finished 4-2 in singles play. Allison Smith also made it to the consolation bracket finals in the B draw.

Huntington (3-1) is hosting Marian today at 4:00 p.m.
