HUNTINGTON, Ind. - Huntington University senior hurler Tanner Wyse was named the baseball Crossroads League Pitcher of the Week for the week of April 10, 2017.

Wyse tossed a complete-game shutout, a 5-0 decision, Saturday against the Bethel College Pilots. The Archbold native (Archbold HS) scattered just two hits and two walks while striking out eight for his fourth win of the year.

The Foresters (18-7) boast an 11-2 league record for the top spot in the Crossroads League standings. They travel to Grace tomorrow for a doubleheader with the Lancers at 2:00 p.m.

The Huntington University Foresters compete in 17 intercollegiate sports for men and women.
