Blair Stairs joined the Sodexo dining services team at Huntington University in 2013. He brings more than 30 years of dining experience in the college and university market to his role with HU.

Candace has been in food service for over 20 years serving as a chef, food service director, cafeteria manager and catering manager before coming to Huntington University as the catering manager.
