Melissa Boothman is the access services assistant for RichLyn Library. She helps manage the Library’s student employees and oversees their hiring, training, and payroll. Her responsibilities also include maintaining the patron database and maintaining the circulation and reserve components of the Integrated Library System. Melissa assists in scheduling library facilities and with library displays and digital signage and acts as a liaison with the Office of Information and Technology Services. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in recreation management from Huntington University.
Originally from New York, Melissa now lives in Huntington with her husband, Jason, and their children. She enjoys running, reading, crocheting, and being with family, and helps with the children’s ministry at College Park UB Church.
